Keynote Paper, this area will have detailed keynote papers from
the gurus of the field. Each sub sector will have its own Keynote Paper Section.
As TSDI will mature this section will grow and give an insight and seed
of knowledge to think about different issues and strategy. This
will help build a comprehensive Transport sector Development Initiative for Pakistan. |
Purpose of Keynote
Paper
Keynote Paper will start a
discussion thread. They will highlight different issues in each of the sub sector.
A facilitator, will monitor each discussion and will prepare a report
based on the consensus and ideas reported in this section.
